01 What operating system do METZ interactive monitors use?
METZ interactive monitors use the Android operating system. As a result, METZ monitors easily connect to external devices, allowing the user to use their preferred software. For Windows users, an optional slot-in PC module is available, providing a discreet solution that greatly enhances the usability of the monitors.

It is also possible to order an additional OPS kit with the latest Android version 13 pre-installed and access to the full features of GMS (Google Media Services / Play Store)
02 How to safely unpack a METZ interactive monitor after delivery
Each METZ interactive monitor is delivered by the carrier on a secure pallet.
The carton with the monitor should be defoliated, the securing strips cut and removed from the pallet onto a flat surface.
At the bottom of the carton there are white plastic transport protections which need to be opened
and remove completely from the box
then, in two people, comfortably remove the top part of the carton, leaving the monitor with the bottom part of the carton in the same position
then remove the protective foil from the monitor
In the base (bottom carton) you will find instructions for use and, above all, the accessories - wall mounting bracket and remote control (without AAA batteries) plus two styluses with mounting bracket.
Mounting options are numerous, a wall mount is supplied, but the screen can also be mounted on a mobile stand
03 Do METZ interactive monitors have a built-in speaker?
Every METZ interactive screen (both H and K series) has built-in speakers (2pc) with a minimum power of 15W.
