Returns and complaints

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods in an unaltered state. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring costs. The provisions concerning the consumer shall apply as of 1 January 2021 and for contracts concluded as of that date also to the Service Recipient or the Customer who is a natural person, when it is apparent from the content of this contract that it is not of a professional nature for this person.

It is then necessary to:

• fill in and send the return form below
• pack the Goods received carefully in the original carton together with all the accessories received. We kindly ask you not to cover the carton excessively with adhesive tape. We recommend using stretch film or clear adhesive tape if possible. Please remember to arrange accessories (e.g. cables) carefully, so that they do not damage the monitor during transport
• send the protected cardboard box to us at the following address: HSI Sp.z.o.o. ul. Technologiczna 2 45-839 Opole
